What items are eligible for return?
Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unworn. All accessories, including the pouch and heel caps must be included with the shoes in their original packaging in order to process the exchange. All items are individually inspected by our team before being packed and sent out to ensure products arrive in quality condition so please ensure they are sent back in the exact condition you received them in. This excludes all sample stock items. Sample stock are not eligible for an exchange or refund and it is at your discretion to accept or decline the purchase offer. You are welcome to request images of the sample stock items prior to purchasing.
How much is the return shipping fee?
Returns are free for the first exchange when you use our prepaid return shipping label within Australia. We do not cover postage fees for International returns. Simply repackage the item in its original postage box, stick the label on, sign and send it back to us. If you need to exchange a second time due to incorrect sizing, you will need to cover the return cost.
I received an item as a gift, Can I return it?
Gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt in order to be eligible for an exchange. They’ll be treated as a regular return and you’ll able to re-select a size or style of your choice. Note that gifts can be returned within 14 days of the date in which they were purchased.
