Some countries have not allowed international shipments to be received due to COVID-19. In the case that you have placed your order without knowledge of this, you will receive a full refund of your item prior to dispatch.

We ship worldwide and offer express shipping Australia wide.
How long does an order take to arrive?
Standard shipping will approximately take 2-5 business days within Australia and 10-25 business days for international orders. These terms exclude pre-orders.
What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges.
I received an item as a gift?
Can I return it?
Gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt in order to be eligible for a return. They’ll be treated as a regular return, and can be exchanged for a different style or size if the shoe has not been worn and is in its original condition. All accessories including the pouch and extra heel caps must be included in the box with the shoes in order to process the exchange. Note that gifts can be returned within 14 days of the date on which they were purchased.
